Batman wildlife came to help us identify (and then remove) two racoons from the chimney of our historic museum building, and re-cap and sweep the chimney. They were absolutely wonderful to work with - prompt, professional, and excellent communication throughout. We would highly recommend them - many thanks to Taylor and his team!

Taylor's crew did a great job helping us with our flying squirrel problem! They came within a few days of my call for help, covered all the entry points on our home and set up traps. They came back every few days over the course of about 6 weeks to check the traps. They were courteous, fast, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any wildlife problems you have in your home.

Taylor and Chris were awesome!! They safely got 4 raccoons out of my attic. They inspected where the animals were coming from, closed/sealed the hole in the roof from the inside and outside, and cut the tree branches the raccoons where using to climb up to my attic. They were consistent and cleaned after they were done. They were flexible with time and managed to fit me into their schedule within a couple hours. Awesome work!

Great service! I was contacted within 10 minutes of submitting a request online (on a Friday evening at that!) and I had an appointment set up to inspect my chimney for squirrels. The team was professional, friendly, and prompt. Will definitely reach out again in the future if needed!

Taylor is a godsend. No other way to put it! We couldn’t have enough positive things to say about his professionalism, honesty and sheer grit to help us fix our problem. For a few days we could smell the stench of death coming from our air vents, and absolutely nobody could help us (big brand pest control, HVAC companies, handymen). We finally called Batman and Taylor offered to help. He came out the next day and put every effort into finding the source of our stink, going into very dirty and tight spaces to run down every lead. We found the culprit (sadly a dead vole in the HVAC plenum), but we would never have gotten there without Taylor and his “don’t quit” attitude. Save yourself money, time and frustration - call Batman first!

Highly recommend Bat-Man. They came right out today and took care of my bat problem. Taylor and his team were AMAZING! During our home inspection our home inspector (who was smaller than Taylor) would not go under the house because it was too small and so we had to get a robot to go under the house and inspect it. Immediately after arriving, Taylor just shoved himself in the crawl space without hesitation. We tried other pest removal companies with no luck. I work at the airport and we had a pigeon infestation in some of our hangars where customers keep their aircraft. This resulted in numerous complaints of bird droppings and feathers causing damage. Mr. Norfleet assured me that his method of "pigeon proofing" the hangars would keep all the birds outside and not inside our hangars. I was skeptical of the claims at first since this had been a problem that the airport had been plagued with for years, but I can say after a year of the initial install, we have had ZERO pigeons in our hangars. Not only did he deliver on his promise, but he was very fair in pricing the job. Have never had a fireplace before and had the chimney checked by Bat-Man prior to purchasing our house. Inspection went well. He was prompt and answered my questions. Fast forward 6 months time to use the fireplace. Bat-Man was kind enough to send out his Uncle George and a helper who walked me through starting a fire at no cost to me!!!!! He was patient and explained in detail everything I needed to know. Even left a fire starter log! Can't recommend these folks more. If I could give 10 stars I would!
